Valentine's day card- Stripes background with pattern paper

As I wanted to create a background of my own, I will cut this paper into thin stripes so that each stripe has the compete design. I loved the way these inks blended and created a bright background...which is perfect for this spring themed card! Inks used: Imperial red, Tangy orange, Lemon yellow and Sapphire blue. Christmas tree ornaments

Namaste crafters! It's December..so it's all about Christmas! Today I am on Craftyscrappers blog showing how to create shimmery, christmas-y tree ornaments with the newly launched shimmer pastes. Take the mdf cut outs of the ornaments. For the Xmas tree I applied the Christmas tree shimmer paste with my finger and applied the Granular paste just at the edges to give me snow effect...this granular paste has to perfect snowy consistency and looks very pretty. Similarly I applied Jungle bells shimmer paste on the star ornament, stamped, coloured and fussy cut the reindeer from "let it snow" stamp set and foam mounted it in the middle. For the stocking, I applied Poinsettle shimmer paste and sprinkled Summer mango and It's a boy sequins on it while it was wet and lightly dabbed it so that it gets embedded into the paste. For the reindeer I mixed the Pinewood and jingle bells shimmer paste and applied it on the surface. I stamped

Christmas Shaker ornament- Gift box

I put the Granular paste on the base and let it dry. Then I adhered the stamped and coloured images form the "lei it snow" stamp set on each window. I added sequins in each window..I put Summer mango sequins in the windows with the reindeer and valentine kiss in the window with the gifts. Then I adhered the shaker window with glue and adhred the last gift box element on top of the shaker window. I had put Jingle bells shimmer paste on all the sides on this last window. Giraffe love- Masking Technique and Cutting The Stamps

Hello crafty people! :D Devika here and today I will share a wonderful trick of using the Stamp sentiments in different ways to increase their usage. Cut two panels from Green cardstock in a "hill" pattern free hand, like I did, or with a die. Stamp the sides of the green cardstock with the stitched line stamp from the Meraki stamp set and also stamp the sentiment, "I Love You" from the Giraffe love stamp set using Ranger Black Archival ink pad. Heat emboss the "I love you" sentiment with clear embossing powder to give it that glossy finish. As the ink is wet, the powder will stick to it and will giv

I wanted the edges to be soft and not pointed, so I rounded all edges of all cut outs with the corner rounder.If you don't have one, you can let the cut outs be as it is. By mistake I ruined this sentiment while trimming it with the round

Cut out a small portion of it just to cover the bottom part of the white cardstock. Once u feel that it's cut enough to cover the area, stock it on the base with double sided adhesive tape..be careful while using this tape as it's not forgiving at all and there is usually no chance of removing it and repositioning it.
