Yei! This video is the first of the many resin videos which I have planned for the furture. I will be covering this vial charm in today's tutorial. Full video with the material list and source here: We will start with mixing the resin in 2 parts and harder in 1 part as I m using 2:1 mixture. You get these measuring cups as well..so I'll mix 5 ml of resin and 2.5 ml of hardner at one time. Mix them thoroughly in a mixing cup but slowly. (If you don't have it, you can use any glass paint) Apply 2 coats of it with the sponge, allowing 1-2 hours between each coat. Take the LOVE chipboard sentiment by Mudra, paint it red and adhere it with "love" word upwards, inside the dome with the help of double adhesive tape. Cut very small thin tape, just to cover the chipboard on the edges or else the shaker elements will stick to it if there is any excess tape left. After drying, the dome will look translucent as this mod podge sheer pain...

Namaste crafters! It's December..so it's all about Christmas! Today I am on Craftyscrappers blog showing how to create shimmery, christmas-y tree ornaments with the newly launched shimmer pastes. Take the mdf cut outs of the ornaments. For the Xmas tree I applied the Christmas tree shimmer paste with my finger and applied the Granular paste just at the edges to give me snow effect...this granular paste has to perfect snowy consistency and looks very pretty. Similarly I applied Jungle bells shimmer paste on the star ornament, stamped, coloured and fussy cut the reindeer from "let it snow" stamp set and foam mounted it in the middle. For the stocking, I applied Poinsettle shimmer paste and sprinkled Summer mango and It's a boy sequins on it while it was wet and lightly dabbed it so that it gets embedded into the paste. For the reindeer I mixed the Pinewood and jingle bells shimmer paste and applied it on the surface. I stamped ...

I put the Granular paste on the base and let it dry. Then I adhered the stamped and coloured images form the "lei it snow" stamp set on each window. I am not really a floral person BUT THIS "Floral wishes" stamp set by Craftyscrappers has made me fallen in love with florals.. i am not kidding :) It is designed very intricately with perfect and crisp detailing!
